The Albanese Labor Government is giving irrigation infrastructure in the Deniliquin region a $33.5 million boost to deliver water for the environment in more effective ways.
The Albanese Government’s voluntary water purchasing open tender has received around 250 tender responses across the Basin, totalling more than double the amount of water as the tender called for.
The Albanese and Palaszczuk Labor governments have teamed up with the Rockhampton Regional Council to fund the $88.2 million Mount Morgan Pipeline Project and deliver long-term water security to Mount Morgan in Central Queensland.
